The practice was good, I've definitely decided that I like the this design. We tried backcombing my hair but because it is so thin the padding shows through and it kept dropping out, regardless of the amount of hairspray we put in! I have decided to use the frizzing technique as not only is it another element in my design it also helps cover the padding. I have also decided that I need accessories! I want to incorporate a line of pearls down where the parting is and also get some pin pearls and attach them in the bun and the padding itself. I have quickly sketched out how I want my deign to look.
My model will practice this look on me in our lesson ready for our final assessment but at the moment, I am really happy with this design. I can't wait to try it out now I have adapted it with the accessories etc!
